Integrating Google Analytics

Track user interactions on our app with Google Analytics. Follow these steps to connect your Google Analytics account and start receiving data.

Step 1: Obtain Your Google Analytics ID​

Before you can track analytics on our platform, you need to have a Google Analytics ID. This is a unique identifier provided by Google Analytics when you set up tracking for a new website.

If you do not have a Google Analytics account or need help finding your ID, please visit Google Analytics Help.

Step 2: Enter Your Google Analytics ID​

To enable tracking for your domain:

  1. Go to the Configuration page of our web application.
  2. Locate the section labelled Analytics.
  3. Enter your unique Google Analytics ID into the text box labelled "Google Analytics ID".

Verifying Integration​

To ensure that your Google Analytics is receiving data:

  1. Log into your Google Analytics account.
  2. Check the Real-Time or Standard Reports to see if data is being received.
  3. If you do not see any data, ensure that the ID entered is correct and matches the one in your Google Analytics account.
