Dashboard Settings

General Dashboard Settings

In the dashboard settings, you can visualize both the dashboard itself, which your customers will see directly on the website, and the dashboard settings in the resulting PDF document. The visualization of the dashboard in the application and in the sent document may differ. You can use various types of charts that will reflect your color and font settings.

Enter the dashboard editing section by clicking the edit button:

Set whether to allow dashboard printing before entering contact details. The function is primarily disabled to ensure your customer fills in the contact details at the end of the process. If enabled, printing will be possible using the browser's function.

Specific Dashboard Settings

The aim of the entire dashboard setting is to present the collected data of the created photovoltaic power plant. In this part of the application, you can select suitable components and arrange them according to your preferences. You can start with a prepared template (which can be further modified) or create a completely new and unique one.

Selecting the appropriate template is available under the PRESETS button in the upper left corner of the application:

Working on editing or creating a completely unique dashboard is the same. Below, we describe the individual functions and components of the dashboard.

Functions and Controls

Editing and Navigating the Dashboard

image info

You can switch between the editing function and the navigation function. The editing function allows you to add and drag-and-drop individual selected components in the dashboard. Hold the left mouse button over the component and move it to the desired place in the dashboard.

The navigation function allows you to move within the proposed dashboard.

Display in Dashboard/PDF

image info

When creating the dashboard, you can use the settings also for the generated PDF for the customer. When first switching to PDF view, the application will ask if you want to transfer the current settings to the PDF as well.

image info

Subsequently, you can adjust the display for both the dashboard in the application and the dashboard in the PDF.

Watermark

The watermark is primarily used to prevent the misuse of images and map backgrounds. Within this component, you can insert text or an image (usually the company logo).

image info

You can also adjust the rotation, line spacing, size, and transparency of the text or image. Always choose a transparency that does not affect the application's appearance.

Global Settings

When creating and designing the dashboard, you can test the appearance for various devices and screen sizes. The application is responsive and allows you to check the appearance on different devices. You can test the display for PC, tablet, and mobile phone. You can also zoom in or out the entire area (this function does not affect the final size).

Components and Elements Usable in the Dashboard

Below you will find a description of the individual components that you can use for display in the dashboard.

ECO Friendly

image info
This element provides a visualization of the ecological benefit of the planned power plant. It shows CO2 emissions savings and their equivalent in the number of trees. You can set individual coefficients in the general settings section. You can also adjust colors, background image, and icon.

Standalone Chart - Various Types

image info

This component allows you to place various charts across the entire width of the dashboard. These types of charts are available:

Theoretical Production in Months (kWh)

A chart presenting the theoretical annual production of the proposed power plant. It shows average and expected production values for each month based on historical data analysis.

Impact on Production

A chart presenting the losses of the proposed power plant. It shows average and expected loss values based on historical data analysis.

Performance/Consumption Ratio - Bar Chart

A chart presenting the ratio between the production of the proposed power plant and the given object's consumption. It shows expected values based on historical data analysis.

Performance/Consumption Ratio - Pie Chart

A chart presenting the ratio between the production of the proposed power plant and the given object's consumption. It shows expected values based on historical data analysis.

Return on Investment in Years

A chart illustrating the expected profitability of the planned power plant, reflecting the economic feasibility of the project. It includes variables such as purchase and sale prices of electricity, the energy demands of the given object, and the characteristics of the proposed installation. This estimate is based on historical data.

Two Charts - Various Types

image info

In this component, you can use all the charts described in the previous section. They are visually smaller and aligned in two columns.

Cumulative Information

image info

Place the cumulative information of the proposed power plant. It includes the total number of panels, theoretical installation performance, theoretical max. production, and theoretical annual production.

Number of Panels = sum of panels from all defined areas Theoretical Installation Performance = multiple of the number of panels and their performance Theoretical Max. Production = information provided by the PVGIS portal Theoretical Annual Production = information provided by the PVGIS portal

You can hide individual information and change their order. You can also change the label and value colors. If you have your icons available, just insert a link, and the icons will be according to your preferences.

Notification - More Information

image info
Add a notification to the dashboard that there is a difference between the display on the dashboard and the information in the PDF document. Inform the customer that they will receive an extended data set in the PDF. You can choose different colors for the icon and texts.

Price

image info
Display the price of the proposed power plant. The price will be displayed based on the calculation you specified in the administration. You can ask the customer whether they want to price the solution with or without a battery. This section can also be turned off and only display the price. If you use the option to switch the price display with a battery, you need to select the correct price determination in the Price section.

Subsidy

image info Display the possible subsidy for the proposed power plant. The subsidy will be displayed based on the calculation you specified in the administration. The subsidy amount will then be deducted from the calculated price of the proposed solution.

Summary of Information

You have a choice of three different views for summarizing information. All variants can be further modified according to your requirements. Individual components can be hidden and the color scheme adjusted as needed. This component can only be displayed once in the dashboard.

Summary of Information - Simple Table

image info

The basic form of data presentation from the proposed solution. Use a simple table without additional supplementary information. The customer can enter their energy consumption and specify the return on investment of the proposed solution.

Summary of Information - with Dropdowns for Roof Type and Roof Covering Type

image info Choose an extended version of the data presentation of the proposed solution, which also includes dropdowns. You can define and manage the list of required items in the administration. Examples can be categories like roof type or roof covering type.

Summary of Information - with Switches for Roof Type and Roof Covering Type

image info

Choose an extended version of data presentation from your system, which includes switches. Use it for additional information gathering and specifying your customer's requirements. Components can be modified in the administration.

Marketing Banner

image info

The panel can be used for marketing purposes, and a suitable advertising element can be added to it. Then, you can experiment with various designs and color schemes for a perfect match. Optionally, you can add text according to your consideration and need.
