Email Settings

This setting allows you to use your mail server to send emails to customers from your domain. If you do not use your own mail server, you can keep the default settings. Emails will be sent from Fohet's email account.

Server​

Set the server address for sending mail.

Port​

Set the appropriate port for communication with the mail server. The most common ports are 465 and 587.

SSL Email Encryption​

If SSL encryption is required in your server settings, activate this function.

Username​

Set the username, usually in the form of an email address.

Password​

Enter the current and valid password for this account. Use the correct password for SMTP access.

Outgoing Email Address​

Please set a valid email address that will serve as the sender for all outgoing email messages from the application.

Email for Sending Copies​

The email address for sending copies is intended for automatically forwarding all completed requests to the specified address.

Examples of General Settings for Selected Mail Servers​

Office 365​

Server - smtp-mail.outlook.com
Port - 587
Username - Your email address
Password - Password for your account 
Outgoing Email Address - Your email address

For other mail servers, contact your provider or look for instructions for the specific mail server on the provider's website.
