PDF Settings

You can set the file name, choose a pre-prepared template and modify it to suit your needs, or create your own PDF design.

In this window, you will set the name of the PDF file that the customer will receive.

Example entry: Photovoltaic Plant Proposal

Template Selection

You can select a pre-prepared PDF file template and modify it according to your needs, or you can create your own PDF file design. The pre-prepared template consists of the first page of the PDF (beginning of the PDF), followed by the Dashboard (which can be modified in the "Dashboard Settings" section), and the last page of the PDF file (end of the PDF).

Modification procedure:

  1. First, in the Template Selection section, select whether you want to use a pre-prepared template (which you can then modify) or create your own PDF design.
  2. Then you can choose whether or not to display:
    • the first page of the PDF (Show PDF Beginning) image info
    • the last page of the PDF (Show PDF End) image info
  3. By clicking the Edit button, you can modify or create the design of the beginning/end of the PDF using the editor (described below).

PDF Editor Options

In the PDF editor, you can create and edit the first and last pages of the PDF file that is sent to the customer. On the first page (beginning of the PDF), we recommend adding your company's logo, any company image, and a short text, for example, "Photovoltaic Plant Proposal by XYZ Ltd." On the last page (end of the PDF), we recommend adding any company image or company logo and contact information for your salesperson or sales department, or you can add an image with your current marketing campaign.
